99xo Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 99xo website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 99xo.vu.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to 99xo, the operator of this platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 99xo platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a player on the 99xo platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any sum of real money staked on a sporting event, casino game, or other available market on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" refers to money deposited directly by the player via a supported payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the 99xo platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under certain account conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 99xo. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

By registering an account on 99xo, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and in a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable law.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 99xo platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 99xo for any reason related to fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 99xo or any of its affiliated suppliers or partners.

99xo reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

To use the full features of the 99xo platform, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 99xo accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login information.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

99xo may at any time request that you complete a KYC verification process. This may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

99xo currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to processing availability. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment processors may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 99xo does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours during normal operating hours. 99xo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is unusually large or where account activity has triggered an internal review flag.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 99xo platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99xo does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on the 99xo platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and activated.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• 99xo reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been determined to be corrupted, manipulated, or where the integrity of the sporting event is in question.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, 99xo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

7. Casino Games

The casino section of the 99xo platform offers a library of games provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

7.1 Game Availability

Game availability may vary and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. 99xo does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Technical interruptions during live casino sessions will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game studio's published rules for interrupted play.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Indicative RTP percentages for casino games are determined by the game studios and may be made available within individual game information panels. These percentages represent statistical averages over very large numbers of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

99xo offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional conditions specified within the individual promotion details.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period if requirements remain unmet.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 99xo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, making fraudulent deposits, or engaging in prohibited betting patterns — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are detailed within each promotion's terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xo platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any match-fixing arrangement.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook or casino to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension or attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials without their express consent.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction reversals.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99xo staff or other users of the platform.

10. Privacy & Data

99xo collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99xo platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of 99xo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 99xo.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99xo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to platform unavailability, technical faults, data loss, or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

99xo does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representation that the platform content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 99xo support team. Upon closure, any real funds balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

13.2 Termination by 99xo

99xo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our reasonable judgement that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of fraudulent activity, balances may be frozen and referred to relevant authorities.

14. Amendments

99xo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international standards for online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration proceedings conducted in English.
